We would like to tell you about some of the things we already do and some of the changes we've put in place for your safety and well-being and the guidelines you must follow while staying at Beach Retreat Broadstairs during these uncertain times.
We now have a digital copy of our Guest Manual which you can access via the Web Browser on the TV, your mobile phone or tablet connected to the apartment's Wi-Fi.
If you or any members of your family develop any of the main symptoms of Coronavirus:-
Where possible, we will be more than happy to offer a change of dates in the event you are unable to take your holiday, but will not be able to offer refunds outside of our usual cancellation policy.
If you do become unwell during your stay or in the two weeks following your stay it is important you inform us straight away on 01843 869703. Sadly we will have to ask you to return home immediately to self-isolate, provided you are well enough to do so.
Unfortunately if you do have to self-isolate in the property we regret we will have to charge for the extended period of your stay.
We would strongly advise taking out travel insurance to cover your holiday should you need to cancel or extend your stay during these uncertain times.
Please also be aware that we may need to cancel your booking at very short notice if the guests staying prior to your arrival become unwell and have to remain in the property.
